Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig on September 21 1982. Maggie Grace is an American actor best known for her character Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV series Lost. Maggie Grace is originally from Worthington from Ohio dropped out of high school and moved into Los Angeles after her divorced parents divorced. It was a struggle to survive and was offered her first role in acting as Rachel's Room's main character. The television film Murder in Greenwich, in which she played 15-years-old Martha Moxley earned her the nomination for the Young Artist Award. In 2004, Grace was cast as Shannon Rutherford in the television series Lost where she acted as a principal actor for the first two seasons winning a Screen Actors Guild Award shared with the cast of the ensemble.
